Synopsis

Educational psychology provides a body of theory to explain how learning happens, and predict how learning can be improved. It draws on a wide range of potential research methods to test hypotheses derived from such theories, but underlying all these theories are models of cognition, motivation, emotion, and/or behaviour applied to education. Please contact me if you would like to discuss a potential for a research project outside of the programmes described above.
